Better Lives – Drug & Alcohol Support (Islington)

Better Lives offers free and confidential support for individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol problems.

Get Back on Track is a local charity to help anyone who has been signed off from work due to their health.

They offer support and information for health and wellbeing, employment law and HR issues.

Kooth – Counselling for 13-19yrs (Islington)

Kooth is an online chat service for anyone aged 19 and under who has an Islington GP.

It is run by professional counsellors who are trained to help young people with any concerns with their mental health.

Staff are available online Mon-Fri 12pm-10pm and Sat-Sun 6pm-10pm.
