Each permanent patient has been allocated a named accountable GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.
All patients are informed of their named GP by email, SMS texts and letter.
You do not need to take any further action, but if you have any questions, are not sure of your named accountable GP or wish to discuss this further with us, please contact us on 020 7281 6956 or at [email protected].
In general, we have allocated patients in accordance with the GP that they are registered under. Your named GP will be one of the GP partners. If you would prefer a specific doctor as your named GP then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
