Patients living outside of our catchment area

Historically, there have been some patients who have changed address and have been residing outside of our catchment area, but have remained registered at Andover Medical Centre. In order to provide the best care possible, in the interest of all of our patients and community and as a matter of clincal safety, we have decided to ask patients who are living outside of the catchment area to register with a GP closer to home. Once a patient is identified as living outside of the catchment area, we will write to them and provide them notice and reason for removal as well as advice on how to find a GP closer to home.
